GoToMeeting is remote support software that enables the remote support to customer's computer when the helpdesk is physically in another location. With GoToMeeting the helpdesk can see the customer's computer screen. Both, customer and helpdesk can use the customer's computer and monitor each other's actions.

Connection is specially secured because one of the three encryption keys is sent via telephone to the Helpdesk. To be able to harm the users of the GoToMeeting the cracker would have to listen to the internet and telephone connections at the same time!
