For three years I have searched for a system that would offer my staff
timely accessibility to correspondence and claim data. The DocStar system
has exceeded my expectations by allowing us to include virtually every
other form of data that formerly was paper filed. DocStar offers a user
friendly, find it fast system that impresses my staff and clients.
Selling myself on the system was easy. My primary concern was the disruption
to my staff caused by introducing a new way of working. Typically, most
principals have grown to expect the problems associated with adding
or changing hardware and software systems. I anticipated problems with
my server despite assurances that DocStar operates outside our agency
software system. As promised, you and your staff delivered a seamless
transition that allowed those questioning the ability to continue working
with paper files. Now my entire staff uses the system with rave reviews.

knowledgeable and personable. They were interested in our way of doing
business and fulfilling our expectations. I believe we were successful
due to the daily presence of your staff assisting my company with the
