I wanted to write to express my satisfaction with the Docstar system we purchased. The transition from paper to electronic filing could not have gone smoother. There were plenty of people in the office that did not trust the whole idea. After a month of using the Docstar all the same people were emptying out their desk drawers and scanning everything they owned into the Docstar.

As you know we are a ISO-9002 certified company. Being certified to ISO-9002 meant a lot of documentation and record keeping. We were concerned about being able to readily retrieve any and all our files. The Docstar allows anybody to retrieve any file from his or her desktop. This came in very handy when we were having a surveillance audit performed on our Quality systems. The person doing the audit was very impressed with the ease at which we were able to retrieve any file he requested.

Additionally your support personnel were a great help in setting the system up and providing help when it was needed.
